The third plan is tailored to provide individual licensing needs to organizations, so the price is set via a consultation. Under this plan, users have unlimited track downloads, five stem downloads a month, coverage for online platforms, websites and social media, the ability to publish the content for businesses and the ability to use tracks for digital ads. The second subscription is covered for commercial use and is $9.99 a month or $7.99 a month with a yearly subscription. They’re typically broken down into four files: melody, bass, drums and instruments. Stems are a type of audio file that breaks a track down into separate mixes, allowing the creator more creative freedom.

Soundful offers three subscription options: the first is free and only intended for personal use. There’s also a section called Global Tracks where users can view songs from different moods, genres and even ones inspired by artists like A$AP Rocky, 808 Mafia and A Tribe Called Quest. Once saved, the song is added to “My Library,” where users have the option to download it. Next, users pick a “template” (which are subgenres), the speed of the song, the key signature and a track name. On the site, users pick which genre of music they want their songs to fall under, like rap, R&B and Latin. Soundful markets itself to producers, creators and brands, offering “affordable” music, royalty-free tracks and a solution to creative drought. With this plan, users can make songs up to five minutes and 30 seconds long, download 300 songs a month, they don’t have to credit AIVA, and the users own the copyright and can fully monetize their songs. The third plan costs 49 euros a month ($54.03). The second subscription costs 15 euros a month (around $16.54), and it allows 15 free downloads a month, durations up to five minutes and users don’t have to credit AIVA, but the copyright is still owned by AIVA and users can only monetize on social platforms like Twitch, TikTok and Youtube. The guidelines also state nothing uploaded “shall infringe upon the rights of any third party.” AIVA offers three types of subscriptions: the first is free, and includes three free downloads a month and durations up to three minutes, but credit must be given to the website, the user doesn’t own the copyright and it cannot be monetized.
The last option is to upload an “influence.” In AIVA’s guidelines, it’s recommended that users pick influences from Musescore, a place to create sheet music. For this selection, users pick an emotion they want displayed through the song, the duration and the number of compositions, and the AI creates the song. Some cosmetic things may shift between programs, but the main elements of the piece will remain. The Music library does not have MuseScore downloaded on the computers, so you can't take advantage of our MIDI keyboards using this program, but if you export something you have created in Finale as a music xml file, you can import that into MuseScore and vice versa.
